I’m Laylah Williams, founder of Virtual Admin by Laylah.
Before starting VAL on 1 March 2022, I spent more than 20 years working in executive and legal administration. That experience shaped how I work today: accurately, discreetly and with careful attention to detail.
I created VAL to provide South African business owners and legal professionals with dependable support for the administrative and operational work that keeps their businesses moving. My role is not simply to complete tasks, but to bring structure, consistency and reliable follow-through behind the scenes.
As business needs have evolved, so has VAL. My services now combine trusted administrative expertise with practical business systems, responsible AI-assisted workflows and professional digital assets. Technology is used where it genuinely improves the work, while confidentiality, accuracy and human judgement remain central to every solution.
In 2025, I was honoured to be named Virtual Assistant of the Year – South Africa by the MEA Business Awards. The recognition reflects the professional standards, care and dependability I aim to bring to every client relationship.
